Signal is a living network. A field where real people come back to recognise each other, to exchange time, knowledge, resources, and to weave together the concrete fabric of a world that places truth, care, and the sovereignty of each person at its heart.
The vision
We envision a network that truly exists in matter: small realities connected to one another — homes, gardens, workshops, studios, local communities — that together form a continental tissue of places where life flows with dignity. A network in which each node is sovereign and at the same time part of a larger field that sustains itself.
Our direction is precise: to make this network autonomous. Autonomous in energy, with alternative systems that free us from external dependencies. Autonomous in food, through conscious cultivation, permaculture, the exchange of seeds and knowledge. Autonomous in dwelling and producing, spreading self-sustenance as a daily practice rather than an emergency response. Autonomous in economy, with a sovereignty that recognises the value of time, care, skill, and art, and truly puts them back into circulation.
A human economy
Here, time, skills, and gifts become real value. It is called SIG — the field's internal credit. It is generated by giving and spent by receiving. It supports authentic exchanges between people who meet, recognise, and honour each other. As it grows, it fuels collective projects: shared energy, common gardens, training, research, mutual aid funds.
Resources return to circulation instead of concentrating. Wealth returns to being what makes life flourish: good water, a welcoming room, knowledge passed on, a hand at the right moment.
How the field moves
1. Offer what you know how to do and what lives in you as a gift. 2. Look for what you need and let resonance do its work. 3. The exchange happens in the real: both confirm and honour it. 4. On the map you find nearby presences, open projects, reference points in case of emergency. 5. Every gesture strengthens the network. Every exchange is already a political, ecological, spiritual act.
Emergencies and alerts
Signal integrates a multi-source monitoring system that aggregates in real time events relevant to civil safety: seismic phenomena, extreme weather, natural events, health alerts, humanitarian crises, and infrastructure disruptions. Data is acquired exclusively from institutional and open data sources, with no opaque intermediaries.
Active sources include USGS (United States Geological Survey) for global seismology, EMSC-CSEM for the Euro-Mediterranean seismic network, GDACS (Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System) operated by the European Commission and UN-OCHA, NASA EONET for satellite-observed natural events, OpenWeatherMap for critical weather conditions, ECDC for European health surveillance, ReliefWeb (UN-OCHA) for humanitarian crises, and GDELT for monitoring social and conflict events. The architecture is extensible to additional public feeds as operational needs require.
Alerts are classified by category — nature, health, policy, conflict, infrastructure, community — and ordered through an algorithm that balances geographic proximity and severity: events within 300 km prioritise combined severity and distance, those up to 3000 km use distance alone, beyond that severity. Each user can also report local events, which enter the shared flow following community validation.
Distress call and proximity network
From the dashboard, one tap activates a direct call to the official emergency numbers of the relevant area (112 in the EU, and local equivalents elsewhere). At the same time, the platform broadcasts a geolocated alert to Signal users within a configurable radius, with the approximate position and nature of the request. Those who receive the alert can respond, intervene, coordinate: the network becomes a first layer of human aid, complementary to institutional services, capable of reducing response times in the minutes that matter. Every report remains tracked and verifiable, with respect for the sovereignty of those who ask and those who respond.
The principle is informational transparency: information remains intact, traceable to its original source, and ordered according to declared technical criteria. The space remains free from profiling, advertising ranking, and algorithmic mediation oriented toward engagement.
A network that protects what is true
Signal lives on sovereign and independent infrastructure. Data remains with the community. The space stays clear of advertising, profiling, surveillance, algorithmic manipulation. What enters and what is exchanged obeys one principle: truth precedes advantage.
This is why entry passes through Resonance — a passage of ten steps in which you listen to yourself and the field welcomes you. It serves to sense whether this is the place, now. It is a reciprocal gift and safeguards the quality of those who inhabit the network.
The source
Signal was founded by Elianor together with other people who share the same vision. Author, Artist, Multidimensional Holistic Practitioner, she created the paths Oltre la Matrice and QuanticState Emotions™, and is the author of the series Dialogue with the Seventh Dimension. From her comes the intuition of Signal: a new Earth built day by day, gesture by gesture, through presence, matter, and shared truth.
